Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

It’s really easy! just complete the booking form, and check your e-mail confirmation.

What information do I need in order to book?

Name, number of passengers, destination/hotel, arrival & departure flight number.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Just contact us for a quote!

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can choose between PayPal (also with credit card), bank transfer or cash upon arrival.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes, but only if you booked a private/VIP transfer.

How long will the transfer take?

Although distances are not really long anywhere in our islands, there are quite a few hilly roads (or even high mountains), so we can’t drive really fast. Moreover, during peek hours and in high season, traffic might be greatly increased to the poinf of producing colossal jams in certain points. Please consider these issues when booking!

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

One normal luggage piece + one carry-on per person. Baby strollers are free of charge, special or oversized items must be booked and attract an extra charge (see Extra items)

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Either you’ll see somebody holding a sign with your name, or you’ll have to approach our office at the airport (depending service type).

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

On arrival, at any airport’s arrival hall, look around for our logo among the bus companies’ offices. There are very few, it won’t be difficult to find us! Otherwise, call us at +34 – 609 048 424.

If you’re awaiting for your return transfer, give us a call after 10 minutes of your expected pick-up time had passed.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Sure, no problem! Just contact us to modify your booking.
